Dispatch and Delivery
All products are dispatched from Morocco, where they are handmade by skilled artisans. We are a cooperative based in Marrakesh, supporting Berber artisan women in their craft. As such, please note that handmade products may take some time to be completed before they are dispatched for delivery.
Delivery Times
The delivery time for our handmade products varies depending on the type of product:
- Rugs: Handmade rugs typically take 8–10 weeks to complete, although some may be ready sooner. Timelines can vary depending on the pattern and weather conditions. Please check the product page for the most accurate estimated completion date, which may still be subject to change.
- Poufs: Handmade poufs usually take 1-2 weeks to be finished.
- Blankets: Handmade blankets have a similar processing time as poufs.
Shipping Duration
Once your order is dispatched, the shipping duration will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Shipping times typically range from 7-10 days after dispatch for international orders. However, please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to customs processing or other external factors.
