A story woven by many hands.
From two founders with a love for Moroccan craftsmanship to a community of 120 women artisans.

It began with a piece of leather.
In 2019, there were just two of us: Haitam and Oussama, united by a simple ambition to share the beauty of Moroccan craftsmanship with the world.
We started with handmade leather goods. What surprised us was how people connected not only with the objects, but with the character behind them: their textures, small variations, and the knowledge that someone had made them by hand.
That connection stayed with us. Before long, we were asking ourselves how we could bring even more of Morocco into homes around the world.

A little of Morocco, at home.
We imagined homes that could hold some of the warmth of a Moroccan riad, the quiet grandeur of its palaces, and the enchantment of One Thousand and One Nights.
The atmosphere that makes a place like La Mamounia unforgettable — not as a promise of hotel luxury, but as the feeling of something beautiful, intimate, and timeless.
We came to believe that a handmade Moroccan rug was the most natural way to bring a part of that feeling home.
Beautiful was not enough.

At first, we bought rugs from different resellers. Many looked beautiful, but too often the quality of the wool, the weaving, or the final details did not meet our expectations.
We wanted to know who made each piece. We wanted to choose the materials, understand the knots, and stand behind the result.
So we decided to move beyond middlemen and begin our own production journey.

Kahf Nssour. Middle Atlas.
Our path led us to Kahf Nssour, in the Middle Atlas Mountains, where weaving remains part of the life and heritage of the community.
Here, we began building our own workshops and working directly with local women whose skills, patience, and creativity have been shaped over generations.
These mountains are not where we shear or produce our own wool. They are where our rugs are woven, and where our story found its home.

The hands behind our rugs.
Today, 40 women work across four of our ateliers, while 80 more women choose to weave from their own homes.
Some enjoy weaving alongside others in the workshop. Some prefer the comfort and flexibility of home. We respect both ways of working.
For many, weaving is more than work. It is an art, a treasured skill, and an expression of personal creativity.
Different spaces, different rhythms, but one shared devotion to the craft.
Care in every detail.
We source premium-quality wool from trusted suppliers, carefully choosing it for softness, strength, and lasting beauty. In our Atlas workshops, that wool is transformed slowly: loom by loom, row by row, knot by knot.
A handmade rug is never perfectly mechanical. Its subtle variations are the maker's quiet signature, a reminder that a person, not a machine, was here.

One country. Many ways to weave.

Beyond Kahf Nssour, we collaborate with trusted specialist partners in Taznakht and Mrirt, regions celebrated for their distinct weaving traditions. Each brings its own techniques, textures, and creative character.
We oversee the production process ourselves to maintain the standard of craftsmanship we want every Berber Wool Rug to represent.

Finished with care in Marrakech.
A beautiful rug is not finished when the last knot is tied. The final transformation happens in Marrakech, where washing and finishing bring out the softness and character of the wool.
We invested in specialist training for our washing partner, working with experts to develop the techniques behind this important stage. That experience has helped make the finishing process a craft of its own.
From the washing facility to our warehouse in Al Massar, Marrakech, we pay attention to the final details before each rug is ready for its next home.

From our hands to your home.
We started in 2019 with two people and a love for Moroccan craftsmanship. Today, our story belongs to the women who weave, the partners who share our standards, and the people who choose to live with our rugs.
We hope each piece brings a little of Morocco into everyday life: the warmth of a riad, the beauty of human hands, and something made with time and care.
Our doors are open. Visits can be arranged to our Kahf Nssour workshops, our Al Massar warehouse in Marrakech, or our washing partner's facility.
