Ordering & custom rugs

Yes — most of our rugs are made to order, so you can choose the size, colours, and pattern. Visit our Custom Rugs page, tell us your vision, and our designer will guide you and prepare a free quote.

Absolutely. Once your rug is on the loom, we send you real progress photos so you can watch it come to life, knot by knot.

Yes, we do. If you'd like to feel the wool and see the colours before ordering, just get in touch and we'll arrange samples for you.

Our Size Guide walks you through choosing the perfect fit for your room. If you're still unsure, message us with your room dimensions and we'll recommend a size.

Made to order & timing

Most of our rugs are woven to order, especially for you. We also keep a selection of finished pieces in our Ready to Ship collection for those who don't want to wait.

Because each rug is handmade, production time varies with the size, pattern, and season. We confirm an estimated time for your specific rug and keep you updated with photos along the way.

Take a look at our Ready to Ship collection — those rugs are finished and dispatch right away. If you have a deadline for a custom piece, tell us and we'll do our best to work with it.

Shipping & delivery

Yes — we ship handmade rugs all over the world, tracked and insured.

Shipping is free worldwide on every rug. The price you see is the price you pay.

For orders to the United States, Europe, and Canada, duties are already covered — you pay nothing extra on delivery. For other destinations, local duties may apply; contact us and we'll confirm for your country.

Yes. As soon as your rug ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to follow it to your door.

Returns & care

Yes, we accept returns. If a rug isn't right for you, get in touch and we'll guide you through the process. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for the full details.

Every rug is inspected and photographed before it leaves Morocco. In the rare case it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.

Wool is naturally durable and stain-resistant. Vacuum gently, rotate occasionally for even wear, and blot spills promptly. For a deeper clean, a professional wool rug cleaner is best.

Our natural dyes are made to last. Like any natural textile, keep it out of harsh, direct sunlight for long periods and the colours will stay rich for years.

About our rugs

Completely. Every rug is hand-spun, hand-dyed, and hand-knotted by Berber artisans in the Atlas Mountains — never by machine.

We use pure wool from high-altitude Atlas sheep, whose cold climate produces a dense, soft, naturally lanolin-rich fleece.

Because a person made it. Small variations in colour, pattern, and texture are the signature of a handmade rug — no two are ever exactly alike.

Yes. Wool is one of the most hard-wearing natural fibres, which is why Berber families have lived on these rugs for generations. They're well suited to living rooms, bedrooms, and everyday life.
